Small Annoying Issues
I just replaced my battery in my key almost a month ago and I got a notification to replace again... replaced 2 times now already within 2 months.
My cluster doesn't move for the first minute while I am driving but the car drives fine. After the car is "warmed" up it goes back to normal... thoughts?

How far do you keep the keyfob from the car? Keeping your keyfob too close to the car will drain the batteries. My dealer also recommend only using Panasonic batteries. After I moved my key, no problems any longer.
Could you be more specific on "My cluster doesn't move."

I have the same issue at times. Beware of bogus Panasonic batteries if ordered online, they are not all legitimate
Service bulletin may also affect your car.
LI80.35-P-063677 - All models Keyless-Go DAS4 (2007 >) “Replace battery in transmitter key” reappears in instrument cluster within a few days after replacement, update KG control unit software/perform SCN coding. FYI if key enters passive mode resulting in no feedback from key during KG engine start key can be reset by removing battery.

We need more info on this part. Assuming you hit OK to get past the replace key battery message, then the center cluster should work as normal.
If you want to see if batteries are bad, check with a multi-meter. There are posts on here of folks buying 'fresh' batteries new from local store only to find out that they were stale.

Basically when I start the car, none of the gauges move... stays in the "off" position. Usually when the car is on the RPM gauge will be around 1-2K but it is at zero even if revving. All of them do this for the first minute and goes back to normal

I bought these for my keys
Installed my first one since November 2017, still using it to today and no issues. Before that I bought Energizer batteries for like 3-4 dollars a piece.
