2014 W212 E350 Estate Bluetec sport
E350 wheel and tyre sizes.
Hi, I own a E350 estate bluetec sport 2014, it has the standard staggered setup of 245/40/r18 on the front and 265/35/r18 on the rear. I find the ride to harsh for me, so i found a second hand set of C class 2014 estate 17" wheels, which have 225/50/r17 all round, not staggered.
I have read so many threads I've confused myself, could someone please tell me if i fit these will i run into any issues? I fully appreciate it won't look as good, but I'd rather have a comfy ride.
Thanks for any help much appreciated.

Hi, cheers for the response, does that mean i can't put 17" wheels on? Inside the filler flap it gives tyre pressures for 16", 17", 18", 19", so i assumed i could put 17" and the only issue would be the size of tyre? I am pretty sure the 17's will not foul the sports brakes, but what do i know!

My 2014 E250 bluetec come with 17" wheels from the factory, so unless for some reason your car has bigger calipers, it should fit.
Even with 17" I think the ride is too harsh and having extra 16" wheels for W211, I will try if they will fit. (spare from W211 does fit)
But then when I drive W211 on 16" wheels -it feels "boaty" comparing to W212 on 17"
Can't have it all
