no just the diffuser. Depending on the year your car could have floating tips or actual tips. My 2012 had floating tips and had to have the body shop remove and install this piece but I also replaced the mufflers like a day later.

As this is my first mb, I'm new to the timeline of revisions.

a quick Google shows w212 difusers from 2010-to 2013

and another for 14-15.

I have a 2010 e550. What year did this come of?
