Where is the tow hook stored?

Waiting on a tow truck. Thinking my starter went out. Does anyone know where the towing eye/ hook is stored? I've been tearing the car apart and can't find it anywhere! Thank you.

Trunk - raise the tray by lifting the tab and you will see it located on the left side

Sadly it's apparently missing. Getting creative to pull it on from the back it appears. Fortunately the driver is a euro enthusiast and seems competant

Mine was not supplied. Made the dealer give me one. He said they always remove them - when asked WHY - he had no answer.

Mine is in the tool set stored in the middle of the spare tire.
