'11 E350 4Matic - engine and trans mount costs.
So one caveat of getting a killer deal on my '11 E350 4Matic (78k miles) is that it is pretty clear the engine and/or trans mounts are worn and needing replacement. Get a clunk on starting on occasion and a bit more driveline vibration that expected. I am not hugely surprised and knew they would need replacement as soon as I test drove it, my C300 mounts were on their last legs at @ 78k miles as well so again like I said no huge surprise.
I have requested quotes from my local Mercedes dealership (Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead) as well as a very well regarded independent (Revolution Motorsports) but have not heard back as of yet. Just so I know for comparison purposes what should I expect to replace all 3 mounts in one visit? IIRC my C300 non-4Matic was like $950 to do all 3 at once at the dealership.
I don't think the mounts are completely done yet so might have a few more thousand miles left in them, its just the occasional cold start clunk and more driveline vibration than "normal".

I have the same car and the clunk when shifting into gear is normal. You should just have them checked out first, the drive line vibration could be from a few other things.
For OEM, oediscountparts.com has decent prices, usually about 25% off list price. Probably around $400 for the parts.
Here's a thread that talks about replacing them without dropping the exhaust:
