Bought a new GLE- bought pre paid maintenance as well. Kept car for 6months- too small.
Sold car, and purchased a yukon.
Can I get ANY portion of the prepaid maintenance back.? I paid 1890.00 for it. Never used it.
Bought the car at Plaza Mercedes in St. Louis.
Trying to discuss with the finance guy...well he is a jerk.

 

Take it up with MB corporate, but since you already unloaded the car I doubt you will see anything. If you still owned it and decided the pre paid maintenance was not for you your chances of getting a refund were probably higher.

 

When I traded my C63 for the E63 I got back a portion of the pre-paid maintenance. I think you can do the same with yours.
