MB E350, 2012: command center is faulty, with radio in and out at will (seconds at a time), and locked on one station, backup camera randomly on (while driving forward), GPS will randomly capture where vehicle is, but then stops, never tracks it again. No ability to use the control knob for changing functions (only the sound volume works). Dealer ran software review and said couldn't be fixed. Said would require new unit ($4k). Any chance it is like a computer/with software issue?? not in need of a new computer...?
