Engine suddenly dies while driving and dies at idle
I own an E200 BlueEFFICIENCY CGI petrol with 35,000 km. My car started to act weirdly about a month ago where it suffered many symptoms such as stalling jerking hesitation and suddenly dying.
i went to the dealer they replaced my spark plugs ,fuel pump and fuel filter and battery and boost pressure sensor and the crankshaft position sensor.
and they told me that they were the issue after i replaced all that yesterday my car hesitated and suddenly died while driving and the check engine light was turned on having a P0119 trouble code and the weird thing that i noticed before it died that on my instrument cluster the displayed outside temperature bounced from 30 to 45 and it kept on changing erratically which is weird.
Please could someone shed some light to my issue?

P0119 has to do with your engine coolant temp sensor or circuit, could be low on coolant. Maybe jjst replacing the CTS would solve the problem, but check the circuit itself to be sure the circuit is ok and not shorted or corroded.

The weird thing is that when the engine is about to die and starts hesitating i notice that the outside displayed temperature (not the coolant temperature) starts to bounce . Could the CTS also affect the vehicles outside temperature reading?
