2014 E350 Active Headlamps Inoperative

2014 E350 Active Headlamps Inoperative
I've searched the forums but couldnt find anything related to my specific issue.
Yesterday, while waiting on a downward slope for about 10mins, This error showed up. Once I clicked okay 3 following alerts came up:
-Left side RDL not working(beam fine)
-Right side beams not working(RDL fine)
-Left side turn signal not working.
I also noticed turning high beams on do not do anything.
Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot? I scheduled an appt with a STAR shop for wednesday to get it diagnosed.

Just got a word from the shop. They put a new fuse but, left beam keeps blowing the fuse. Tech says could be the whole left headlight, or one of the control units.
Regardless, going to be VERY costly.
