Can somebody help me and explain how to use park assist in my car in more details. I don’t know when the car will park parallel or the other way ?

Watch your display park “P” symbol and as you pass an appropriately sized space an arrow will pop up next to it. Stop your car just past the spot and engage your turn signal while shifting to reverse. You will get a message on the screen. follow those prompts to use the assist function. That’s it.

If not mandatory, it might be courtesy. Sorry if it came out cocky, I didn't mean to though.

You need to let others know of your intent to park in that space. It’s a courtesy wouldn’t you agree? Yes, the car wants to know your intent also.
