Phone call interruptions
I have a 2016 E350. Sometimes while on a cell call, the radio intermittently interrupts the call. I’m in sales, and it’s tough because I miss client statements at key moments. Anybody have this problem, and figured out a way fix?

Are you sure that your cell phone isn't simply losing signal between towers? Sounds to me that when you enter dead spots, the radio resumes because you've lost signal and dropped the call. The system is designed to do this when you manually end a call.
