Help, how to replace cabin filter!

I have a 2017 E400 coupe. I did a search but was not able to find a solution. I did post this question in the C207 section also. Since this section has more owners, I need your help. I removed the 3 screws and disconnected the 2 electrical connectors. After this, I was not able to remove the panel to access to the filter no matter how hard I tried to removed it. Is there something holding the panel besides the 3 screws. Thanks for your help.

I followed this guide along with the YouTube video. Try these to see if they help.

I change the cabin filter in my American and Asian made vehicles, but not in my M-B. Get it done at dealership, but every other time it is called for due to low mileage.
While it costs more, one of those things in life I have decided someone else can do that I do not want to do.
Question is: Why can the Asians and American manufacturers make is so easy and M-B has to make it so hard? Not to mention requiring Torx screwdrivers.

To Buffalo MG: thanks, apparently my E400 coupe is different from the regular E model. I think it requires more steps to get to the darn filter! I will try the C model forum.
