E350
2011 E350 OR 2011 E550

Can I have your expert advice please?

2011 E350 93k miles or 2011 E550 107k miles, same price, excellent condition, clean carfax on both, which is a better purchase?

Thanks...

2014 E550-sold 😩
550 will come with real leather interior and other standard options that the 350 won't have, plus the v8 has proven to be very reliable and gets amazing mpg on the open road. 550 all the way.

As much as I like my E350, I would tell you to get the E550.

550 all the way, but 350 with this mileage be more reliable down the road.

My 2012 E350 came with real leather and A/C seats. Hard to find but they are out there. I would say save the search and the E550 as they are the same price anyways.

E350 for reliability and a nice ride
E550 for fun and perhaps more upkeep cost (like air suspension for example)

I'd have to agree. My 2011 E550 was bulletproof until the day I traded it towards another Merc......and the power was awesome. At that mileage be sure to get good service records and what's expected in the future. What's the asking price for those miles? Good luck!

There is no real question here. You would not be very smart not to go with the 550 between these cars. Mileage difference is nothing and you get so much more of a car with 550. I made a mistake to buy NEW 2011 E350 and after a year traded it in for a used 2010 E550, which is the same as 2011 E550. Mine is full loaded except night vision but if your two cars to select are with the same options don't even entertain going with the 350.

Difficult to use as it displays on the Comand screen.

S-Class has all digital cluster and Night Vision in right in front of you. Works much better. Had a rental S in Germany once with it.

I had it on the 2014 S as well, it was better, but still a bit awkward. But it did help at times.

I think one big thing you did not mention? are they both 4matic? I had a 2010 RWD E550 - no question - when I traded it a year later for a 2011 4M E550...love the 4Matic version.
Im sure others will pipe in ( or course I love in Oregon so its wet\and as times snowy...)

My choice...
E550 4M
E350 4M
E550 RWD
E350 RWD...or something different...lol..

Good luck!
