Larsell = if your problem started when you changed your key fob battery, take another look and see if you have the new battery installed correctly, and that the battery ground makes contact where it should. They are quite small and easily bent out of proper position.

CR 2025, not 2032
could be a bad battery. When you press any button the red LED should illuminate

If you are sure that the battery is good and installed correctly and you get no LED during use, then your key has more than likely died. They do crap out on occasion. It is strange that it happened right when you changed your battery.
I'm inclined to think it is still battery related, due to the circumstances. A new key fob can be a $300-$400 venture and only ordered direct from your dealer with proof of ownership.

I would check the battery with a multimeter to verify 3v or better. Sometimes new battery are old stock at stores and have lost their charge.

Try swap the 2nd key battery to the one that die. Since the 2nd battery is still good, swap it to check the fob is still workable(red led will light up when press a key) near the red triangle on the key fob. If they battery from the still good fob won't work on the dead fob, then you might have a problem. You can also try the so call new battery into the 2nd (still working fob) to test out the new battery. Sometime you just get old battery from stores or fake battery(none genuine) from amazon.
