Keyless-go handle, broken wire repair?
Hi everybody!
my 2013 E550 has keyless-go but neither passenger side handle works. I pulled the handles and found they both have one of the wires broken right where the wire enters the electrical connector. Unable to just splice it back together. Is there a way to disassemble and re-pin these wires on the handle side connector? If not, I have been looking at other used handles on Ebay, that appear to have the same connection, with the idea that I could splice that connector onto my existing handle. Has anyone had success with this? Or does anyone have a hookup for these connectors with wires attached? Thanks!
