I deleted only the resonator at first as well, not gonna lie, sounded pretty good but after driving the car for a week, I got used to the sound and needed more lol after having the mufflers removed I realized how RESTRICTED the stock mufflers are!!! Lol The beast was awakened after that and I’ve been super happy since. (Definitely not recommended if you like your neighbors Lol 🏎💥💨😈

All I gotta say is I heard the tuners recently cracked the ecu and can tune via obd2 now instead of shipping out your ecu.
Just pick one and let the butt dyno decide, then never look back.
Also exhaust..yes must do, very good. I am on catted downpipe, x pipe, e63 mufflers, it is fantastic.

Not cutting mufflers off. Sounds horrible. I'm way past this now, this was years ago. I just embraced being a stealth fighter. Cops don't look twice when my average looking silent sedan takes off on a 4.5 second 0-60. I've actually gunned off a couple lights not realizing I had cops right near me. I also love to blast fools that cut the mufflers off their wannabe fast cars, like the Q60 I dusted the other day. I know they're just sitting there like WTF!
I may take a page out and put the mufflers back on once I decide on a tuner, stealth fighter/cop dodger ftw.

I'm on an Eurocharged Tune have 3" MBH Catless downpipes, a 3" x-pipe, and then it is dumped under the car...it's too damn loud,
but it does sound fantastic at WOT(before I added the x-pipe...OMG, it was unbearable). I just recieved my 3" 304 stainless pipes and bends, so I'll be finishing that out and adding a couple small glasspack mufflers as well, I've got a few other little things done as well, hoping to run a high 11 next time the track is open...

take car to 4 track days and ran 1 time without it just to see. never going back. best purchase ...
of course I am a member of Virginia international Raceway now with 2 sets of tires. ha. love it.
also found discount prices for rotors and pads etc

Do not do the burble mod.....ita awful. I had it for one day on my weistec tune and even at 1000 rpm it would throw out obnoxious sounds

You may want to reconsider cutting them off as I had a full custom exhaust built straight pipe and it sounds beautiful
not too mention the turbo whistle that comes out of the free flowing pipes....youd be a fool not to want that.

Hi could you repost video? It is not available. You stated resonator and muffler delete? You did resonators first? And that sounded alright? When you did you talking about rear resonator right? Or both? If so did you get any codes thrown up? Thank you! I know this is now years late. Hope you see it. I have a 2012 e550 that wanna get some sound out of it.
