2010 E350 Power Seat Not Working

The power seat on the drivers side suddenly stopped working, as the controls on the door don’t move the seat forward or backwards at all. The motor makes a slight extremely quiet humming noise when activated but that’s about it. Nothing on the whole seat works, but passenger seat and steering wheel adjust work just fine. Any ideas?

I'm not member of this forum, but have a similar problem. You need to find the faulty component by using a good scanner and take it from there. It can be a module, motor, hall sensor, connections, connectors.... You can probably find a blown fuse. However on some cars both front seats use the same fuse, in that case it won't the case on your problem.
Not much help; good luck.

Need to somehow check adjustment parts (best to remove seat), MB offers kit inclusive of motor (same for 207 & 212) see here: https://www.benzworld.org/forums/c20...l#post17667668

Would you have a procedure to remove the motor? Or do we have to take the entire frame out to get to the motor. What is the hall sensor on the motor. Is it replaceable?
Thanks,
