w212 transmission jerks
hello ,
i have 2010 e300 , i noticed that when i try to shift from drive to reverse (and vice versa) after driving for distance the car shakes badly (when i don't drive for long it shifts normally) , and occasionally it jerks when it downshifts while decelerating .the car has 90k miles on it and i changed the all fluids recently and replaced the motor and transmission mount but that didn't resolve the issue . any idea ???

Did you have a properly equipped and trained mechanic change the trans fluid by the book? It seems to be quite a procedure, not a simple drain and fill.

I'm still confused wether to change the transmission oil or not . some told me that its not always recommended to change the trans oil in high milage car if it has never been changed
