2007 Audi A4 2012 E550
Engine Mounta?
‘12 E550 110k miles. Getting a very slight vibration at low RPMs that I feel on my right foot. Very faint. Not used to a car w the performance of an e550 so didn’t know if it’s just the natural vibration from V8 or not. Is there a test I can do to check the mounts?

I can guess you are asking about motor mounts?
For last 20 years MB makes so-called hydro MM. When they are superior in cutting down vibrations, they don't last long and 100k miles is a stretch.
My advise is "when in doubt - replace them"
