Picture of E350 (M276) Emissions Sticker?

Picture of E350 (M276) Emissions Sticker?
My hood was replaced after an accident, but the US emissions sticker that goes on the underside of the hood (Mercedes part A276-221-07-03) is no longer available from MB. If one of you has this decal, can you post a close-up picture of it for me so I can replicate the decal?

I'm guessing that the sticker will vary among model year and actual model. Your Siggy says you have a 2014 E63. Is that the car in particular? I don't think an AMG sticker would be the same as a basic E350 M276.

Updated siggy - this one is for my 2012 E350 and may be unique to that car/engine - I provided the sticker part number which is printed at bottom of sticker.

Well, you can google "Mercedes A276-221-07-03" and you will get many different images..
