250 CDI 2010 - Audio 50 APS upgrade options ?

W212 250 CDI estate
250 CDI 2010 - Audio 50 APS upgrade options ?
Greetings !

Few days ago I've sold my W211 280CDI and aquired W212 250 CDI estate, year 2010. I'm satisfied with the change, only thing I don't like is installed Audio 50 APS system. It gives me no USB or memory card options, only DVD and AUX.
My question is, what are my upgrade options ? If I can get my hands on NTG 4 (and I can), can I do the switch without lot of issues ?
Is NTG 4.5 from facelift viable option too or not ?
Any other options (like Android headunit from thread below) ?
