Does anyone know the part number for this or how its affixed (via the carpet or into metal)? The movable U shaped holder?

Right bracket is part # 2126800614 attached with screws from behind. Attached all instructions, apply those needed to gain access (process of elimination). Membership FYI left & right front panel net is part # 1688140007, left bracket 2126800714.
