Headlight removal, 14/15

My splash guard surrounding the lamp is cracked and is rattling...anyone know of a youtube or other description of a 14/15 212 headlight replacement? Or a suggestion /DIY from here?

Nobody knows how to remove or get to a headlight?

Unable to find much on youtube.....This link shows bulb replacement and I'd guess you have to get to the headlight thru the wheel well as shown for bulb. Mercedes does not make things easy.
