So Many Brake Choices - E350 Sport?

I need new brakes all the way around on 2014 E350 sport and will do the job myself. I am overwhelmed by all the choices for rotors and pads. Coated, vented, drilled and slotted and so many brands. I prefer replacing the rotors along with the pads and understand that some rotors require that. Are there advantages to those rotors? I was happy with what came on it and just hoping for some guidance on what brands and rotors and pads would be a good choice. I see there are also kits of rotors and pads together and wondering if there's any advantage to those?

If you like the Mercedes brake pads, the OEM manufacturer is Akebono. The front pads with wear sensor are about $100, look at FCPEuro website, Zimmerman rotors Are about $80/ea. Are you sure you need rotors? I did my 2014 E350 Sport fronts at about 65m miles and did not need new rotors, I didn't even need to turn the rotors. Fronts are still great at 77k. Just looked at the rears last week and they have about 50% of the original pads left.

Akebono pads for sure, if you need rotors I suggest the Zimmerman drilled rotor to match the stock rotors.

Zimmerman and Akebono I think are the primary choices.
I went a less expensive route, also got rid of the drilled rotors. Good time to also flush brake fluid.

I'm looking at Zimmerman rotors and I know I have the sport package (951) but what is Code 802? I don't see it on my VINdecoderz report but would like to be sure. Info on 802 seems elusive. Anybody know what it is?

I replaced all the pads at 40K and now at 70K pads are almost shot and have had a pretty bad shimmy with high speed braking. So I just want it all new no matter what. FCPEuro doesn't seem to have rear rotors for my model (2014 E350 w/Sport Package).
