ECO Setting 2014 E350 4Matic
Can I change the default setting to off (so it doesn't start on "ECO" mode whenever I start the car)?
ECO mode does not work on my car - is there a way to reset it?

No. There are aftermarket products to defeat it. Your battery(s) need changing to fix the ECO function. Lots of threads here on that subject. Use the search function and you will find your answers, plus you need not post more than one thread on the subject. That just annoys everyone and you risk receiving no help.
