When you were buying new 212 non AMG 2014 FL E class (E 350 for example) , was there an option for ordering e63 amg style package (wider fenders, grill, quad exhaust bumpers..) from factory?

No, only AMG sport package with front lower bumper and AMG wheels.

Guy who sells the car says it came like that from factory. Now I know it's not true.

not available that way, but certainly doable. There are companies that sell entire kits to do this.

I know there are aftermarket kits to replicate real AMG look for almost every new Mercedes , and they look great especially on w212. I just don't like when people are trying to convince you of something that's not true , having OEM look in these case , just to raise value of their car.
