W212 Wagon/estate aftermarket rear camera install on Android 10.25 screen help
Hello everyone I'm looking for some help please with the installation of a aftermarket rear camera on my w212/s212 wagon estate, Im really struggling finding a way to get the camera to come Only when in reverse. Can anyone advise on how they have done it please ?
it's all wired in from the front and just struggling to get the live cable connected to something to get the camera working with reverse only. My father in law has tried today but it's also beaten him and we can't find a way around it.
The only way we did manage to get it to work was by putting the live red cable from the camera into the reverse light bulb holder then putting in the bulb on top it works perfectly for a few seconds then gets interference.
we cut into the reverse light cable and and wired it up with the camera but nothing happens so any help and advice would be grateful thank you
