Car not passing inspection!!! Auto level lights and Amber turn signals.
Hi I will be working in Korea, and my 2014 E350 w212 facelift has been shipped to Seoul. Local regulation require:
1. LED low beams needs to be auto leveling, my car seems to have static LED. Is there a cheap fix for this? Are there halogen light fixtures that I could downgrade to that would fit my car? (Halogen bulbs don’t need to be auto leveling) if not can my car be upgraded to auto leveling LED lights? Would I have software problems if I make this change?
2. Rear indicators in my car are the red brake lights that blink, and has a dummy space where the euro version Amber leds should be. Regs require I have Amber indicator lights. Can I add or change the rear lights to flash Amber? What would be the issue with plug and play and error messages?
At this point since the car has already shipped, want to find the best solution to pass the road inspection.
