no need to press brake to start my E 250
I am not using my keyless button to start my E250, Keyless has been problematic
In any event I can start the car by turning the key without pressing the brake pedal. All other modern cars I have driven require brake ti be pressed, At lease I think they do. Of course the car is in park. Just an observation

Kind of annoying as mine is the same, but my wife's Nissan Rogue requires pressing brake to start the car. Seldom drive it, but when I do I have to figure out how to start it. There is a warning in instrument panel that says press brake or something to that effect, but who reads those things.
