P0016 DTC 1208 Questions

I just bought a 2011 Mercedes E350. Sad part is the guy cleared the engine code with a Bluetooth OBD while driving so I wouldn’t see the engine light while he was sitting in the passenger seat during a test drive. Either way I have this P0016 code. I have replaced 4 magnetic solenoids and 4 cam sensors. Still have the same problem. Any other options to try before taking it to a dealer for diagnostics. I hope it’s not a stretched timing chain or bad gear. It runs great and makes no chain noise on cold start up at all. I did notice while looking at live data on my MBII scanner position of intake camshaft of right cylinder bank was always 36.20 while the other intake left cylinder bank and both cam exhaust banks had fluctuating numbers. Is that normal when this cord is present or does that mean there is some sort of wiring issue and that sensor or magnetic solenoid isn’t getting power? I attached a photo.

Thanks.

Just for future consideration, writing directly on the photo makes it really hard to read. You can just put "The first number it always the same value and the next three numbers change."
