W212 Facelift (Sport) vs. E63 Rear Bumper
Can anyone tell me if they share the same bumper?
I'm thinking about replacing the diffuser with an aftermarket (perhaps carbon fiber) because there is just way too much chrome back there for my taste - I think the bling effect looks too over-the-top.
They look the same to me. However, in shopping around I'm running into the following:
For pre-facelift (2010-2013) models, the diffusers are listed as compatible with either Sport or AMG models, but for facelift (2014-2016) they are listed form E63 AMG only.
I'd appreciate any help in figuring this out, or any sources for a diffuser that will fit my W212 Sport.

I don't know about the compatibility, I think you would run into problems with the exhaust differences... but I did want to chime in that you can have the chrome wrapped in vinyl which would probably be easier and cheaper. Go to a good place and you cant even tell. I had all of my chrome covered in satin black and it looks great, but my car is also black so it helps.
