Looking to buy
Command Center
We have a 2013 E350 sedan. The unit looks like it's working right but there is no sound. We have reset the command system and it has worked other times we try to reset and it doesn't work. Sometimes when we turn the car on it works other times it doesn't. Any suggestions on where to look?
I have no corrosion on the box in the trunk on the driverside, More times than not there is no sound from the speakers for the radio, I do have chimes like when i leave my keys in the ignition.
I am willing to try anything let me know if you have any ideas!!!!

Xentry (MB diagnostics) may provide fault code(s) for definitive diagnose. Check amplifier condition/connections. If rushing to replacement, compatible part #s: 2129005213 and current 2129006226 (provide VIN for confirmation) should be plug & play. Any problems after replacement may need to code using Xentry.
