What's in the B9 Service at 123,000KM

Oil and Filter
Cabin Air Filter
Brake Fluid - Probably not going to do
And Wipers and etc.
Transmission Service?
Fuel Filter?
Differential Fluid?
The dealer hasn't recommended either of those two, but looking on forums and etc. say that I should
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks

In regards to which numbers come up on your dash when service is due i.e 'B5' , 'A3'. I have a list here of what those bits mean so it makes it easier for me to price up services, hopefully this can help Mercedes owners too!
--- BF = brake fluid. ATF = gearbox oil. Sunroof clean and lubricate obviously only applicable if you have one!
A/B ‘0’ – Sunroof clean and lubricate, sometimes spark plugs if petrol ( it threw me once on an ML63!)
A/B’1’ - BF
A/B ‘2’ – BF + sunroof
A/B ‘3’ – Air + Fuel (diesel) - Petrol = Air + Plugs
A/B ‘4’ – Air + Fuel + sunroof (diesel) – Petrol = Air+Plugs+Roof
A/B ‘5’ – Air + Fuel + BF - Petrol Air+Plugs+BF
A/B ‘6’ – Air + Fuel + BF + sunroof - Petrol Air+Plugs+BF+sunroof
A/B ‘7’ – ATF
A/B ‘8’ – ATF + Sunroof
A/B ‘9’ – ATF + BF
A/B ‘G’ – BF+Air+Fuel+Sunroof+ATF -Petrol Air+Plugs+BF+sunroof+ ATF

also the rear axle ( differential even non LSD ) which i can't seems to find its service life limits.
Do sooner oil change + filter , for G7 auto transmission. You can immediately tell the difference with new trans oil.
As for me, I am very **** and 2 years max or that will be 25,000KM at best in my case, due to low mileage use on my E400 or 40,000KM for my other high mileage family cars.
I won't keep any lubricating fluid for more than 2 years on my cars, including rear axle oil.
The only lubricant I usually do not touch till about 8 years is the grease inside the wheel shaft rubber boot, which the rubber boot itself can tear when it gets old.
Fuel filter is a problem for me, now that it is inside the fuel tank. When it was at the engine bay for my other cars, 20,000 - 30,000KM is my usual change for gasoline cars and very much lower mileage for diesel engine,
like 5,000KM or at every oil change, which is also 5,000KM. Diesel fuel can grow bacteria and slime/algae, gasoline don't get algae but can become like coating of varnish if you keep too long in the fuel tank.
My country fuel retailers back then is not the cleanest, their ground tank is dirty. Our best diesel fuel cleanliness level is kind of crap till today, my friend Hyundai diesel get clogged at 50,000KM and its a daily car.
Now for gasoline cleanliness level it is better and depends which gas station I buy from.
However, for my E400, I target to change the fuel filter at about 50,000KM which for my E400 that is about 7,000 liters of gasoline filtered.
Fuel filter is quite easy to detect its minor blockage. If you like to do redline RPM for 1st and 2nd gear, any slight blockage of fuel filter would show as kind of "hesitation" at the engine power delivery.
Gasoline filter life is mileage based or more accurately LITERS FILTERED based for daily drive, so your fuel retailers cleanliness from the fuel refinery plant, trucking cleanliness,
underground storage cleanliness and what physical filter system employed at the gas station pump machine, is the important deciding factor.
Safe & fun drive ......

I now have a major service due on my 350CDI 4matic, model year 2011, at 140,000 km. In the service menu it says B9. I read B for major service and 9 additional jobs.
I no longer take the vehicle to a Mercedes workshop and instead go to an independent workshop. They couldn't find any errors in the vehicle's error log and recommended that I just change the oil + all filters and change the gearbox oil.
The independent workshop is a taxi repair shop and said I should just change all the filters and oils and that would be it.
I had the gearbox oil changed at 120,000 km. What other additional work could the 9 behind the B mean?
What do you think would be extra to do in terms of great service?
I would have typed the following things:
Fuel filter
Oil filter
Cabin filter
Air filter
Oil change
anything else or tips on what should be covered with this mileage and the major service?
Brake fluid should be changed every two years because of moisture absorption which can lead to brake component corrosion. Tranny fluid should still be OK. Oil interval every 3,000 - 5,000 miles (4800 - 8000 km) with MB Spec 229.5 AND API SP approved oils.
In short, the instrument cluster can show you a 4 letter/number code which indicates all service items which are due.
