RennTech HHT (hand held tuner) allows you the unlimited ability to switch between tuned and stock ECU programming and requires no ECU removal. RennTech proprietary tuning module stores both the RennTech tuned file and your vehicles stock file. The module plugs directly into the OBD2 port and delivers the file you choose directly to the ECU. RennTech transmission upgrade consists of a complete transmission disassembly and inspection as well as a mechanical upgrade to the transmission clutch packs. This allows us the ability to maximize the amount of friction materials contained within the transmission and in turn, the amount of power which can be transmitted through each forward gear. During final assembly the transmission also receives all new gaskets, seals, o-rings as well as a new transmission pan filter. RennTech Mercedes Transmissions increased engine performance it becomes necessary to further improve the drive line components, most importantly the transmission in order to ensure maximum power is transmitted to the drive wheels without transmission slippage. This can not be realized with software and only truly be accomplished by an internal mechanical upgrade to the transmission hardware. RennTech is the foremost authority on transmission upgrades and has done countless rebuild and upgrades for the most demanding dealers and clients for over 21 years. RennTech upgrade leads to improved shift response, shift timing, increased torque handling capabilities and greater drivability under extreme conditions without sacrificing around town comfort.

The RennTech V3 Digital Lowering Module (DLM) is designed to work with all available Mercedes Airmatic or ABC (Hydraulic) Suspensions.The unit allows the user to have full control over all four corners of the vehicle’s suspension and adjust in 1mm increments. The unit also supports speed-dependent lowering that allows the vehicle to return to its factory ride-height at a pre-set speed. This removes the need for the vehicle to be aligned after lowering. The user can maintain the factory longevity and still have the lowered look at low speeds All RennTech DLMs are adjustable via USB using either Windows or Android OS.The software allows the user to adjust the ride-height at each corner in 1mm increments independently.The software also has three locations where the user can store pre-configured suspension setups for quick changes.

The RennTech R1 Performance Package is the perfect entry level performance upgrade for the E 550. With the combination of the The R1 performance package for the Mercedes 550 includes our proprietary ECU upgrade in addition to our stainless steel shorty headers designed specifically for the 550 V8 for a combination that provides increased performance, sound and throttle response across the vehicles entire powerband. The R1 performance package increases performance to 420HP and 421 TQ lb/ft at the crank, without sacrificing daily driver comfort or reliability and offer huge gains across the entire RPM range. Due to increased power and boost levels, 93 Octane or higher gasoline has to be used with R1 upgraded RennTech vehicles to avoid damage to the engine. States known for poor fuel quality have to be supplied with a lower power setup.

RennTech latest second generation intercooler pump out performs any other unit on the market; flowing over twice as much coolant as the problematic OEM pump and significantly more than its predecessor. Testing showed Intercooler pump flows an impressive 8.7 G.P.M. @ 11.6 P.S.I. compared to the OEM pumps 3.00 G.P.M. flow rate. This increase in flow dramatically removes heat from the incoming air; allowing for a denser air/fuel mixture and substantially cooler charge air temperatures over the entire operating range. RennTech pump upgrade kit mounts in the OEM location without any modifications.
