2014 e350 passenger seat

Ok so I am not a very big man by any means but here’s what happened I was trying to adjust my body and get comfortable when I heard like a pop or a brake sound.
My immediate thought was something with the lumbar. My question is what is in the seat? I started messing with the controls, up, right and down still inflates/moves and left deflates. If there is something wrong with the seat could I take it to MB service and have them hook up to the computer and would that tell them something is wrong with the seat?

any info helps thanks

If you broke a part of the seat - physical, not electronic - SDS would probably not be able to tell you. Are you sure it wasn't popping coming from where the seatback is attached? As long as all seat functions still work you're probably fine.

Seat moves forward and back.
Seatback tilts back and forth.
Headrest adjust.
Control on side of seat adjusts 3 ways on your back and deflates all 3 at the same time.
Can anyone tell me what is in the seat? Is it something mechanical? Is there like an airbag that adjusts?
