W212 NTG4 Bluetooth connection problems
Hello, after receiving Android 10 update for my phone, i can't connect to command. With Android 9 everything worked well.
After pairing my phone with external autorization, the phone and car has connection only till next car's restart. After restart pairing procedure needs to be repeated to get the connection.
Does anyone faced this problem? Any ideas how to fix the problem?
Maybe there are android settings which causes this?
Please help! Thank you.

Could be a mismatched Bluetooth profile problem. Try deleting your car's profile from your phone's Bluetooth settings and deleting your phone's profile from your car's bluetooth settings. Then try pairing.

It also improves sound quality a lot.
If you can have it done for $100 you should do it. Well worth that.

You should have it done. 2010 and 2011 models do not have very good Bluetooth from the factory. I first had a new 2011 E350 but after a year changed it to 2010 E550. Both cars I had software updated and it makes a big improvement to everything. All phones I have had over the years have worked flawlessly and also the streaming works and phones always connect automatically with the car.
It also improves sound quality a lot.
