Magnetic sticker on rear view mirror.

Does anyone have an idea what this is? I found it stuck to the back of my rear view mirror. Doesn’t seem like it’s from factory, so I’m wondering if it’s okay to get rid of it? I am the second owner.

Thank you. Glad it isn’t something I needed. I don’t believe I’ll be able to track the previous owner and being it’s 1.5 years later, I don’t think it matters much by now. I’m going to toss it.
