Once a Year Battery Tender Use Recommended...?
Dealer replaced battery under warranty just right before the 4 yr period was up.
That was 11 months ago.
Would you recommend using a battery tender to trickle charge overnight once a year...?
Thanks,

Once a year really won't do anything for you. The excess charge will just get consumed during the next drive cycle If you take mostly longer trips, then you shouldn't need a charger if the car is driven regularly. If you mostly take short trips or don't drive for weeks at a time, then using a charger on a routine basis would provide some benefit.
Depending on how hot it gets where you live, 4 years isn't a bad lifespan for these batteries.
