Thinking of a Res delete with the already in place muffler delete (J-Pipe)
For those that have done the muffler/res delete:
I have combed over every thread here and probably every youtube video trying to decide if I want to up the exhaust growl a bit on my N/A E550. I was able to hear in person one with both a muffler and resonater delete, however it had a tune on it which I am going to wait on. I am running the muffler delete with the J-Pipe, but I am wondering if it's worth straight piping the secondary resonators (res delete) and if it produces anymore tone or adds any extra unwanted in cabin drone. The setup I have now is almost perfect for me, but there is always that itch to add a bit more. The tune will come after my extended warranty is up.
This is what I am working with at the moment:

On the N/A V8 it's totally worth it. I deleted the secondary cats in the center of the car on my CLK430 and it sounded perfect. Just a hint of V8 burble. The turbo engines don't matter. I deleted my rear resonator before the mufflers hoping for the same effect and it pretty much didn't change a thing, still silent.
