Hi, I've been getting an intermittent Distance Warning and got the car scanned via Star Diagnostics (XENTRY) and the following codes appeared. I'm not 100% as to how to remedy this.
B29/5 – start by checking rear, right radar connections/sensor.
well the problem has nothing to do with the Blind Spot assist. It has something to do with the ESP module, the shop I went to explained the pins for the ESP module add reading that the data produced isn’t plausible. And that’s the reason for the fault. Any idea konigstiger? A bit confused.
I can be wrong (no expert by any means) but thought it best to start simple since problem is stored for b29/5 sensor, harness/connector/sensor is readily accessible for inspection. My reasoning, if a control module registers a fault, the control module can then transmit a signal informing that its information cannot be trusted. See attachment to inspect ESP unit.

Not really sure how to detach the harness and apply some contact cleaner. How do i detach it?
