2011 E350 Idling Noise? Lifter Tick
134k, good service history and fluids. Warm engine 90C. Does the rhythmic clacking sound like wrist pin or journal bearings failing? Thanks

Appreciate the response, which I'd seen you post some time back.
Iirc, the 2011 was the final model year of the M272 90-degree V6 whereas the bulletin references the M276 60-degree Chrysler Pentstar block. Yes?
The mp3 matches my youtube except for the idling frequency cadence being double my sound.
Possible that 90degree had similar journal bearing problems as the following year?
