No Audio or Satelite after Android install

No Audio or Satelite after Android install
So I am new to the MB world. Purchased a 2011 E350 a couple of weeks ago and immediately purchased the Android upgrade.
This weekend I installed it. When I tested with the unit out everything worked. I put the unit in and now I have no audio and Satelite says no device.

Where exactly is the Satelite connection? Is it in the fiber optic? How can I trouble shoot the issue? Will pulling the fuse reset it and maybe work? Any help would be great.

I am interested in following this because I want to do an android upgrade to my 2012 also.

Overall it is pretty easy. The main issue is tucking the wires. I had it working until I slid in the head unit.

then you either broke a wire, or something came unplugged...
