2014 - W212.065 - E400 ( M276.820, 3 liter Turbo) RWD not Hybrid
Looking at my Pano roof during my own maintenance/lubication, if ever there is a water leak into the cabin, two things must have happened :
01. The Pano rubber seals are dry/damaged and allow water to enter Pano cavity during a rain or when washing the car.
02. The water discharge hole/s + hose of the Pano roof cavity has dirt blocking water discharge hole/s. Sorry I do not know how many water discharge holes there are.
Worst case scenario.
The Pano roof complete assy itself if i remember correctly from parts list, is basically a roof sized glass glued to the car, aside from the smaller section which can open.
So sealant is used to install the Pano roof complete assy on the car and such sealant ( like car windscreen ) can get damaged from the sun too and leak water.
Cars with Pano roof like ours has to be kept in a garage or shaded car park. In my country the sun is strong and UV will damage such Pano roof if car is kept outdoor without sun protection.
If I have a choice, I would not want a Pano roof, but my model only comes with Pano Roof....dang.
