Air Box Clips
Due to the stay at home mandate because of COVID 19 my 2010 E350 4Matic Sport Sedan is not being driven as much so I bought a CTEK Mk 5 trickle charger and decided to permanently mount the unit's optional quick-release wire harness to facilitate easy hook-up. in order to get at the battery, I needed to remove an air box that is secured to the firewall with two outer spring steel clips and one central t-shaped clip.
As this process was entirely new to me, I did not know that the center clip was unsecured once undone and it fell deep behind the battery and I'm not able to retrieve it.
Does someone know the name and part number of this clip? I need to get one because the two outer spring steel clips are insufficient in securing the air box in position.
