Switching to 19s

Not the same fenders but in terms of with it should be around the same. 255/35/19 and 285/30/19 stock amg sizes don't rub however as long as you get the right offsets wheels. It does look lowered most of the time, the sport package E350 comes 1" lower than the luxury models

If so, have you noticed any transmission problems with your tire setup?

my 2014 e350 4matic seating on 19'z blended with michelin pilot sport 4s -245 front 285 rear perfect fitment and handling[/
I have a 2015 e350 4matic and purchased a set of e63 wheels 19x9 19x9.5 and have been researching what tire size I should use since is a 4matic and the setup you have is what is recommended. Any issues since you put staggered wheels on your car? Thank in advance

Just stay within 1% for rotations per mile from front to rear and you will be fine. 245/35r19 and 285/30r19 are exactly the same.

Currently in the process of trying to make the right call for tire size as well for my 2015 e400. Couple things to consider, not all tire brands sizes are the same. Some run larger some run smaller. I just picked up a set of oem W222 sport wheels. 19x8.5/9.5 et 38 all around.
Ordered a set of Bridgestone Potenza RE980AS+’s in 255/35/19 F, and 285/30/19 rear. I think we all can agree that the rears aren’t a problem and will fit. If I plan to lower the car in the future, is the consensus to switch to a 245/35 series tire?
Appreciate the input!

Decided to go with 255 up front, 285 in the rear. No fitment issues.

I run similar setup to OP thought i'd post
19X8.5 Square
Front +35 offset Rear +38 offset
Front 225/40 Rear 255/35
I like the look of 19's but they are prone to bending. Looking for more tire but unsure if I will like the look.
Thoughts on a front 225/45 vs 245/40? The 225/45 should be ~1.0"+ in diameter same width and the 245/40 is only about half 0.5"+ the tire cushion and adds extra 0.5" width
The rear would need a 255/40 to match the 225/45 front and a 275/35 to match the 245/40??
FRONT 225/45 REAR 255/40
or
FRONT 245/40 REAR 275/35
19X8.5 Square
Front +35 offset Rear +38 offset

If you want to enhance the tire look put 275/35-18 in the rear and keep 245/40-18 in front.
19" wheels make it look like you have old wagon wheels on. Some people like this look, I don't and I believe most people don't...oh, now I opened the can of worms...!!!

18" wheels are most likely goldilocks of the wheels but design wise 19" wheels are my fave . I don't know what those 19" my fave rims wheels are called but they are multi spoke ones , not 5 spokes . They could be the ones used in E63s

The Germans got it right. 18" rims look the best on this car.

(staggared setup: 235/35/19 8.5” front, 255/30/19 9.5” rear).
