That is your headlamp washer cover. You have the bixenons with active curve illumination and auto high beams. They come in different colors. You'd have to check the vin to see the exact color of your car as they have a few different colors of black. You didn't put the year so I guessed the year of your car, but they're probably all the same for the pre-face lift. With the headlights on, when you squirt the windshield washer 10 times, the headlamp washers will activate and spray the headlights with heated windshield washer fluid.
