I am once asking for help on this great forum for my new 2010 E550

I decoded my vin and can see the following: 230 - REMOTE CONTROL FOR AUXILIARY HEATER
Can anyone help we as to where I can get this remote replacement as it did not come from the previous owner..

Is it Webasto heater? MB makes whole line of different heaters, so you have to find precisely what you have.
For parts, the best start is your local dealer.
