As the CLA is FWD chassis and E-Class is RWD chassis, it is very doubtful. Do you have rim specs? size, width, offset?

they will physically bolt on. no idea if they'll clear your brakes, or how the offset will be.

need to know the specs of your current wheels and of the new wheels

The tires will not meet the load rating for an E class

No for the all of the reasons stated above. Best to just stick with W212 E Class style rims
