Any quickjack user here. I have been using the quickjack for the other cars, and today tried to use it to lift my 2011 E350 for the first time (for oil change), and unfortunately noticed that the E350 wheel base is too long for the QuickJack (Model: BL-7000SLX). Bummer. Anyway found on Quickjack's website that they are selling 6" extension for the SLX. I have a pair on order. Hope they work. Anyone here had some experiences about the QuickJack and the extension?
I use the QJ5000 series all the time on my 2014 E350. It is just long enough for the rubber lift block to reach the rear half of the front lift point and front half of the rear lift point. I also have the extension but don't need it for the mercedes. Never had any issues.

i have the QJ5000 and extension. Works great. The only downside is that the height is higher with extension. Hasn’t been a problem for me so far.

Unwilling to spend a couple hundred $ for a one vehicle solution I used a 2x6 with blocks screwed to the bottom to fit into the jack to keep it place and I had some scrap hardwood pieces for the top that fit the jack pads exactly to evenly distribute the weight. One is upside down to show both sides. Its a BL5000SL model and has about 1/2" of clearance to slide it under the car. The car has sat on it for a few days with no sign of denting the wood. A lot lighter to move around than steel.
I'll be using it on my Sequoia and Ram as well, so it will work.
There you go. Keep in mind the distance between the jack points is more important then if it's a 5,000 or 7,000 pound. My 5000 picked up my previous XC90 Volvo with ease and it's right around the limit. Very underrated.
