Seat heater wire disconnect

2011 E350
Anyone have a seat out so I can see how this freakin wire connects into harness? This is a topside picture of I can post it and I’ve been trying to unplug the wire for 30min. I broke the top edge of the plug off. I assume you push up from the bottom and it pulls out? I tried that by feel but no luck.

I can just pull out the entire seat but it seems ridiculous just for one wire.

I am replacing the bottom seat cover due to a tear.

I got it out. Saw a post with pics in another forum W204 I think. They were having the same troubles and many cut the wires and soldered.

I broke the top tab of the holder. There is more than enough resistance to hold the plugs in with bottom tab only. Then I pulled both black and white out at the same time.

thanks Mercedes for making this crazy difficult

why the heck I didn’t remove the entire seat I will never know. Two bolts hold it in.
